RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Namaste & Crochet gift card. We do not provide cash refunds. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we have received your return products.

To initiate a return, reach out to hello@namasteandcrochet.com with your order number

  • Reach out to hello@namasteandcrochet with your order number and reason for returning. A service representative will begin processing the return.

  • All digital download items and promotional items are final sale.

  • We do not provide cash refunds. Upon returning the item, you will receive credit in the form of a gift card that can be used online or in a store.

    All physical items returned must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags and labels still attached. All items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Items considered "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged in store.

    We will accept exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.

    If you received an item ordered online that was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us in order to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

    An irregular or excessive return history ;

    An irregular or excessive return history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

    Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

    Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

    Non-Namaste & Crochet items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
